anyone know whose work this is?

I received an incomplete submission. The only thing that came through was this image. No name, no address, no phone, no email. The IP address shows it came from Australia:124.181.149.83

Any help I can get in identifying whose work this is would be greatly appreciated. I am afraid this person thinks their submission was successful so I would not hear from them until they wrote to me wondering why they are not in the show.
