    You gotta try the cold seal method. Pull off your blow tube and pick the glass really thin where you want your hole to be, just like how you would to tap it off. Once you have a super thin tip pulled...

    No the colors come in 18-20 inch rods if you bought firsts, i meant 4 rods of that size would be about a qp. And a good tip to check out is the hornet tip, pretty sure blastshield makes it.
