yea, the clear is the majority of the weight in this step. I'd say the larger mass usually receives the focus of attention. (you add something small to something larger, not the other way around)

the only reason to sell a kiln that's "too big" is because the electricity it uses is prohibitive to your work. I doubt that kiln uses enough to be hurting your bottom line.
