Dangit! Just saw this. I'll have to catch the next one, :(
Finally got to play for the first time since Christmas. Been kicking around this idea for quite a while. I'm pretty happy but I've still got some tweaking to do.
Little Black Dress...
Tons of them on Ebay.
The Airsep Intensity is a 20psi machine. You sure you don't have another model, like a Newlife, or something? Cranking up the factory set pressure will cause the purity to drop.
He bought it with the marver. He added the shield, so $625 shipped was a good deal.
$550 plus shipping and no marver. Blastshield marvers are pricey.
Have you posted this on Facebook? Might have better luck with a few groups there. Lampworketc is another forum that might be better, also. Mostly soft glass peeps over there.
Sounds like it's just blowing air, not oxy. If that's the case, the sieve beds need to be re-poured. Have you tried turning it down to 5 or 6? Also, make sure you let it run for 15 minutes or so,...
It can also be avoided by not overworking and garaging for a shorter time. I always work on red pieces last.

An hour or 2? Maybe you got a bad batch because Chinese striking red strikes if you fart on it.
The Bravo will NOT run off a 5lpm machine. The Alpha will, but not the Bravo.

That's nothing to brag about...
All fixed!!
The connector that snaps into the Homefill only opens to allow flow when snapped into place, however, until the Homefill starts to actually "draw" oxygen from the concentrator, the flow is...
If the ball goes up after being disconnected, the Homefill is not really filling. The ball will only drop when the flow is obstructed. This video is my Homefill hooked to an Airsep, which is what I...
Skuzz, I personally don't agree with the "oh, you need 1000psi of oxy" BS, but alas, I'm not a "baller". I do, however, have the luxury of personally knowing and working with several seasoned...
Per the Invacare manual, the Invacare oxycons need to run for 30 minutes before you connect them to the Homefill. I've had problems with cycling when I didn't let mine run the complete 30 minutes,...
I've used them before. It's an awesome torch that's great on oxygen. What, specifically, are you needing to know?
