yeah i called airgas and harris industrial gases. both said about 40 a fill...
Over here in Roseville California, everyone seems to be charging $40 a fill/exchange. What should I do?
Oh btw its a 250cf K tank.
Damn that sucks. If only you started selling those...
Looks great! Honeycombs look nice on it. Maybe you could of chose a different color scheme on the first one. Maybe the light blue honeycomb with a moss green.

What looks to be a 3a might be stolen. Little description, rusty.

hmm i guess i'll get one of those. thanks a lot
Does anyone use them? I think its about the only way to transport big K tanks around. If not, what do you do? If so, where did you get your dolly at.
Thanks ill make sure to check it out.
where can i find this kristian that you speak of
So should I go through with this deal? Maybe barter down if its worth it.
I guess I can barter this guy down to 300 then ask him where he fills up his oxygen tank and for how much they fill it.
Well I guess if I buy the used one I should ask the guy where he fills up his tanks.
What I hear is that if you bring your own oxygen cylinder to a welding shop they switch it out with a full tank that they own and take yours.
This comes with a 250 cf oxy tank and also propane tank. I only have around 300 to spend anyways.

I dont have that much money to spend sorry. My local welding supply store will rent me a 282 cf tank for $10 a month.

Well the torch can only be used with borosilicate glass and i will probably be using a lot of color. I'll mostly be making glass pipes and little animal figurines. Probably 4 hours a day at average.
So I just contacted my welding supply store, they told me they can rent out a 282 cf tank for 10 dollars a month. This is the largest cylinder they have. How long will this last me with a cheapy...
Wow thanks guys for all the information. So I guess I'm better off leasing a tank then buying.
