Referral for Vent Hoods in Seattle?

Can anybody refer me to somebody to build me a vent hood in the Seattle (or Eastside) area? I got a drawing I did and have been calling random HVAC places, but I'd rather go to somebody who's been...

    Re: Glass saw

That's good info. I know some stained glass and fusing people that use a band saw - but I've never tried it on heavy rod or tubing. I'm real close to buying a tile saw and at the last minute...

    Glass saw

If you were to buy 1 glass saw, wouldnt a bandsaw be a better choice than a tile saw? I assume you can do anything on a bandsaw you can do on a tile saw, plus you get to cut curves if you need to...

I actually called Jim Moore about this as both my jacks and shears were rusting (in Seattle). He said:

    1. Dont remove the rust - it actually protects the metal once its there and removing it...

Is 38.1x2.4 Standard, Medium or Heavy

I noticed for Simax, in some sizes, there are only two thicknesses. Like 25.4 comes in a 4 and a 2.4 and 38.1 comes in a 4 and a 2.4, but 38 may come in a 1.4, 2, and 2.8. Would the 2.4 be...

Moving from Extra heavy to Medium

I've gotten pretty good at pulling points on Extra heavy wall (25.4 x 4, 38.1 x 4), but now that I'm trying to make cups and feet, I've moved to Medium (standard???) 25.4 x 2.4, 38.1 x 2.4.

    I'm...

    Re: Reversal terminations

Right now I've been striping the outside of a tube and then striping over that with clear - so the color is kind of in the middle.
