i string up the pendants with a cord, i use faux seude, but what ever works for you... then i make boxes, buying the right size is crappy to do, hard to find what you want for a fair price. i get...

have you asked the pros if there is a way to recalibrate the controller??? if all the connections are good, that sounds like the one thing to think about

usually just send the glass through a kiln cycle, and let it cool off... then you can take a mildly abrasive pad and scrub it off... i've had limited success burning it off, it scums up more often...
