I was wearing it in San Francisco and some girl ( maybe a 7.5 or 8 ) came up to me and said that she really liked my shirt..

OK the wife is so excited. We partitioned a small wall sticking out of the living room it will slightly divide my dining room from the great room. I will be drywalling it over the next few days. I'll post pics when it is done. I even have room now for 3 more pieces!!!! My son is pissed though HE thinks the new wall will get in the way of his paper airplane flight path.

hehe lorax, i cant believe you seem to think this is expensive. 100 bucks for an original painting is really fuck all regardless of who painted it. even if it is kinda simple assume it took him anywhere from 5-20 hours, not to mention the price of a canvas and paints. seems more than reasonable to me, especially if this guy is somewhat known

that said, i think its a pretty nice piece

Seen it in person...really good stuff.

Art is worth what people are willing to pay, no matter what it is.

I think thats a pretty cool painting. knowing a lil bit about Carl to begin with I think its even cooler.
I don't get impressed easy. But that impressed me.

I think its better then the still life painting I have in my living room. That puppy cost $23,000

I am pretty sure the Burning Man in the Melting Pot logo was inspired by Carl.

Aw shit. I been wanting to comment on this guy for some time.
He is deeply religious, in an almost psychopathic way.

The last time I was in contact in him he was about to marry an old , old black lady that must have been 20+years his senior. Nothing wrong with that really, but he was a 6'4" white guy with ...ummm. difilculties (I am having a hard time spelling at the moment).

It was Misha, thank goodness, that warned him from setting up a torch and blowing himself up. She saved his life as far as I can figure. As he took her advice.

Aw, Hot Carl... we hardly knew ya.
