First pipe made in 4+ years....

So, most of you that know me haven't seen me make a pipe in a looooooong time. Well, I received some great help from a friend that made a lot possible for us when we were in a major snafu and that's what he wanted. So I broke out a 4 year old stick stack, removed the inch or so of dust and dirt and made the below pictured piece. I gotta say I had a pretty good time making it and it was fun to be relearning some techs and little things that I had momentarily forgot. There were many "aha" moments that brought me back to the piping days of old. Who knows, maybe I'll dust off that other stack thats acting as another dust collector. The piece is approx. 7" x 5".
