WTB squirrel cage fan

I am looking to see if anyone has any extra squirrel cage fans lying around with that is at least 3000cfm. I am trying to set up a work bench in my basement with two torches but i cant find a good fan

Go to a few of your local air conditioning shops until you find one that has a fan laying around. They often take them out of units while the fan is still in perfect working order. You can usually get one for $0 - 20. Good luck!

Im in Massachusetts, and i have tried to call a few places but they did not answer so i posted up on the forums to see if anyone had anything.

I never had luck calling either, but once I tried just going in there, I had a couple fans after my second stop.

maestro hit it right on the head, I also would snag em up out of the trash ( as the fans useally work but they replace it with the ac unit anyhow.) you can easily rewire them. most ones ive snagged have worked fine.
