    Default Quality wine stoppers

    Hey all,

I know it has been mentioned before, but I wanted to reinforce the quality of these wine stoppers.
    http://http://www.torne-lignum.com/stoppers.html

I just received them this morning, the quality is astounding and Ruth, the craftsman, is a great guy.

If you are in the need of wine/bottle stoppers, please support this man.

not really a big price break from psi or woodturners if you compare apples to apples. This guys are stainless steel, the cheap ones from psi and woodturners are chrome plated white metal. Yes, they do make stainless ones too but those are about on par with this guys prices. ANDDDDDDDD these are made in the USA by a fellow artist.

I buy alot of stopper bottoms cause i turn wood too and im buying these from now on.

I've had good luck with e6000. You can find it at pretty much any home improvement store too which is convenient.

I also got a tip about using LocTite TakPak 7452 accelerator to clean surfaces before using an epoxy to speed up set times and provide a nice bond.

would 6mm rod slip into the 304...1/4" hole...my math says it should but just curious before i order a bunch.. I figure it'd be snug then only using a little bit of glue... I'm on a wine stopper rampage, i've been using these gum rubber ones from a local wine/beer/liquor shop... They are only 50cents a piece, but don't fit the greatest... thanks low tide! How do you rep someone?

I got the 303 myself, so cant tell you for sure about fitting on the 304's. With the e6000 on there I don't think there should be a problem for either model.

Oh and repping is just clicking on that A box on the persons post who you want to rep. It's on the top right of the persons post...

Thanks for the link! After Penn State screwed me on a defective dust collector, I swore I'd never use them again.
