I tried snagging a HA pedal on the forum a while ago myself without much luck.
For what its worth its not too difficult to either make one from scratch, or modify an existing footpedal to work.
I got a Torch Control Box from LTD with an oxy bypass.
Opened that puppy up, swapped out all the 1/4" propane line for 3/8"
Then took the oxygen bypass and attached it to the propane line for a propane bypass.
The propane bypass when cracked will allow propane to go through for the pilot flame, and its adjustable.
If I could go back in time I would have just made one from scratch. Opening that puppy up showed me how simple foot pedals really are. I will say that the TCB by LTD was of great quality. Took less than a half hour to make it HA compatable.
I don't use compressed air yet so this worked for me. If you use air you should be able to easily make a pedal from the instructions from the board, or a youtube video.
Good Luck.
