Re: Tennessees in the house Ya'll
Curt hands out photocopies of instructions and information. The class almost always takes place in the studio and is very hands on. Its mostly about the hot shop but you'll spend some time in the cold shop. He tries to drill in the basics and make people who are experienced unlearn bad habits. He really wants to see that you can be consistent.

Yea, I'm stoked! I am open to all different teaching styles and would gladly listen to an experienced glass worker give lessons. What are you into making these days? Pipes, marbles, sculptures, beads?

Sculpture you can smoke out of! Lately I've been making more pipes than strict sculpture.

I love the floral work the Darby does! And making functional flowers is kind of an aspiration of mine. I love taking organic things from nature and recreating them out of glass.
