Not to point out the obvious but if your running those kilns sitting directly on the cement they will end up using more electricity as the heat is wicked away. It looks like maybe 4" of insulating fire brick on the bottom. I would make an air gap or stack them on some more insulation. Anyway I know you guys have it under control but insulation usually always pays for itself.
