Help :( Hard Times Selling Rampmaster / kiln Cheap!!!
Hey everyone! I'm a new member and a lamp worker from WV... My teacher (now retired due to MS) was Genny Zibach.. She was an amazing glass artist who taught me both soft and boro glass working, and I am sad to say I have to part with some of the last equipment I purchased from her hen she retired due to the production aspect being to much with her condition.... I've been holding on to this with hopes that maybe I would be able to find the time to get back behind the torch, but for now with 2 small girls I am constantly fighting a custody battle to see... I just don't see myself having time in the near future (and my lawyer and court costs are growing exponentially on a daily basis...sigh... I had no idea what to do or where to go and I remember her speaking very highly of this community and online forum. With that being said I have a very very nice Rampmaster control system and a gorgeous medium size kiln perfect for tempering, slumping, fusing, just about anything you could ever want with glass (and ceramics as well if that is what you are into). I've seen setups like this browsing online from 1000$ to 1500$ and I will also include a really nice foot pedal to control oxygen or propane flow to the torch as well.... I'm in a very rough spot and I have very little time to figure out what to do, it seems my procrastination and searching for a means with which to post this where it would do the most good to someone who will care for it like I have and she had before me has left me with basically zero time to sell it (I've tried selling locally but Fairmont WV doesn't have a big following for this sort of hobby).... With that being said I just want this to go to a shop or home where it will be well cared for and shown love for the foreseeable future. I'm open to discussion on value, and it finding a good place means more to me than the actual monetary value
(Although with the situation I'm in as stated above, anything right now would be a very big help)... My cel phone # is 304-203-3097 and my email is djph1ction@yahoo.com I will happily answer any questions so please text or email ASAP! I tried to post pictures but for some reason they won't stay attached when I finish my post. I will gladly forward them along to you through text or email upon your inquiry. Please don't hesitate, I may have to pawn it for a month if I can't come up with something soon to pay the mountain of bills and pick it back up later next month when my new job is paying constantly and things aren't so bad, I would much rather part with it before it came to that however.... Thanks so much for your time! And I appreciate you reading this

Will happily ship (Although kiln is super heavy) rampmaster isn't at all, pedal is moderately heavy... Meet in person, whatever it takes to find this great equipment a fantastic home!

Re: Help :( Hard Times Selling Rampmaster / kiln Cheap!!!
Sorry to hear of your troubles. I'm not in the market myself, but here are some more places to try:
Lampwork Etc.: This board is also very busy and has members who are flameworkers and fusers. http://www.lampworketc.com/forums/index.php
Warm Glass: This is probably the most active fusing board. http://www.warmglass.com/phpBB/index.php
Wet Canvas: Not usually a busy marketplace, but gets a fair number of visitors: http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=295
Glassline: Busier than Wet Canvas, but your post will get a fair number of views: http://www.glassline.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=14
FusedGlass: Not a busy marketplace, but if you're desperate, might as well get the most exposure: http://fusedglass.org/forum/8
CraftWeb: Mostly glassblowers/furnace workers here, but who knows who might need a good kiln: http://talk.craftweb.com/forumdisplay.php?f=10

If you have a Facebook account, I have had really good luck selling equipment there. Like within minutes of posting, sometimes, including a $900 kiln. There are several glass groups that where you can post, as well as on your own timeline. Glassblowing Tips & Tricks is a really good one, as it's very active. https://www.facebook.com/groups/453188471397229/ I sent you an invite.
