What, haven't you ever cut sheet glass?
Hey forum members, what is the common way you receive 1/2" X 1/2" dichro images?? I mean if you order 10 do they come individual or in a long strip??
If in the strip are they cross scored or besides a pane cutter and straight edge is there any trick to cross scoring?? How do you snap them, will they snap by hand or do you need a couple of pair of running pliers??
All of the others I have received have been in individual pieces, ready for use ...................
So what is the norm, please share ..................

Easiest way for snapping flat glass clean, for me, is scoring a straight line, flip the piece over and place onto a piece of cardboard. with a simple press of your fingertip directly on the score line the piece will break clean.
I worked as a cold glass cutter for a fusing / slumping studio about 8 months. 5 hours a day of just cutting sheet glass with a carbide blade and you figure out what not to do more than how to do it haha.
"Destruction leads to a very rough road, but it also breeds creation."
I spent years cutting various shapes out of anything from 1.1mm boro to 6mm float.
From wheel cutters to ring saws, and from there to water-jet cutting, I've cut a few pieces of glass.
Hell, I even tried to saw through a piece of tempered on a wet saw once.
I got 3 inches (!) into it before it exploded.

I knew there would be trouble when I typed that.
If I would have thought of baseball, I would have fallen asleep.
Sorry, fellow Americans, it's the truth.
