How about the small tank valves to make whips. I'm in need of three.

I will have to check on the valves. I know I have 2 for sure but I will have to check for a 3rd one

I don't know what's wrong with them. The only thing that is broke is where the coily hose connects. When they run they fill for a second and switch to low 02

ok that's probably a concentrator issue...have you tried them with differnt oxycons to see if they work like that?

i badly need a homefill for parts...so this is perfect for me, but not knowing what is wrong with them makes it hard to pull the trigger on buying one.

Sounds like you could fix one of these up and get it filling again.

If that's all that's wrong you can open it up and connect directly to that hose with a barb instead of the quick coupler and you should be up and running. Or you can order that fitting for pretty cheap and replace it, I believe the maker of that connector is CPC or at least they make a compatible one. Good luck, don't give up just yet if you need them.

Let me know before I start shelling out dough here and there. I'd rather make one deal then three.

    Thanks

On another note anyone take off the quick connect filling valve? Can I just hard line straight off the machine (I haven't even taken the covers off yet) if like to know what to expect.

Yes, get you a 1/8" hose connector.

Disconnect the homefill tank connector. there will be a couple of bolts that hold the bracket and then three screws on the underside to remove fill connector.
Keep that bracket, got get some "annealed" 1/8" copper tubing and form a small "s" shaped line.

The line that runs to the bottom of the fill connector will bend down and lay flat on the case floor, bushing up to a 1/4" "T" .
    Now, the "T" :
    1. Line in
    2. Line to Gauge, sits on bracket.
    3. 1/4" NPT hydraulic line out of a hole drilled in the case.

You have just completed your first faux EX2000
    Are we having fun yet??
