I bought a set of 14mm from you this summer and just really started using them. They work well, but the glue you used on the brass ends where they connect to the handle has quickly given out, where when in use doesn't hold and the end spins free or comes right off. It also smokes filling up inside my piece where when worked it leaves a burnt dichro look with gritty texture. I was wondering what can be done, like I said they have only been used a handful of times. Otherwise great tools!

Why not thread them in from the start. Glue sounds sketch, I have his v cutter and a soffie push I love using for push bowl bubs.
I never ordered these as I use a glass joint with no prob.

We make all repairs to our tools 100% Free of Charge. To get the burnt gritty texture look off the brass piece we recommend putting the handle end into a cordless drill and to spin the tool while holding a "RED" Fine scouring pad around the brass while spinning and it will shine up the Brass to Look like new . I will PM you about shipping the tool back to have it Repaired Free of Charge We will cover all Shipping Charges. We Use a Ultra High temperature Adhesive that only comes off with water so if you tried using water to clean the brass or soaked it etc. the Adhesive will come off. If I remember right, Your located in Orange, VT correct? We can have your tool repaired and sent back to you by next week

Ive had only one issue with my bowl push. The sofi doesn't have the same pressure as the blastsheild due to the small hole. It wont blow out mouth pieces. It does blow rballs up great tho!

I will def start making the sofi holes bigger on my next Bowl push /sofi productions to get some more pressure flow.

First you said you'd buy 'em back, then when I tried to get details you completely stopped responding. I also spent over $20 sending you those prototypes you mistakenly sent me... twice! I never heard from you again, I thought you'd at least say thanks or something!

Can you put threads on your existing tools? Or I'd have to buy new ones.
