    Just one chuck or two.

    What's your price range?

What size is your spindle ?

Do you desire, planetary, scroll or Jacobs style chucks.

I have seen home made ones using cheap 4 jaw scroll. They are cheap on eBay but not very big and intended for metal work.

Stepper motors. Or a spline shaft with a nice size DC motor.

Lots of guys out here with parts and leads you just need to be specific.

Planetary or scroll. But everything im seeing is REALLY expensive. The chuck were currently using is a planetary Litton and we got it for $500 which I guess is insane because I just saw one that looked like trash sell for 1,200

Have some new ones posted here: http://www.talkglass.com/forum/showt...gnet-Aerospace

I can knock the price down if you have the adapters made yourself.

Also have a couple used EE scrolls and HSA planetaries for sale. Let me know if your interested and I'll send pics over.

Muse, Only working w about $500(hence why im trying to find a used one. Love your chucks just lil out of my price range) I plan to have the adapter made local as it wont be going on a traditional lathe. Were building a single head out of a pottery wheel

I was hoping to get $750 for this. It spins true. 85mm bore. I use a short piece of 1/2" bar to open and close the scroll. I've seen people make hand wheels for these too. It's a great little chuck. Make me an offer...
