Help identify pipe style?

Hi everyone, i am new to the forums, and looking for some knowledge. I purchased this piece over 10 years ago, and only had it for a short while before the boys in blue took it from me It was a favorite of mine, and after finding some old pictures i am feeling nostalgic about it. I am trying to find out anything i can about it, so i can find one similar (if possible). I have never seen another like it, and i have no knowledge of blowing techniques or terms,so i don't know where to begin. thanks!

To me that looks like a "blow in" using cobalt, clear and silver / gold fume.
