Blastshield ground joint forming tool

I have this Blastshield ground joint forming tool, it was only used about ten times with the 14mm insert, only 2 times with the 10mm insert. It's in great shape, pretty much brand new still. I'd like to keep it, but need the cash more than the tool right now. It was $ 425 brand new with the 14mm and 10mm inserts. I'm asking $350 for it, and I'll cover the priority shipping on it, and I'll cover any paypal fees. Thanks.
