Is the 40 set to propane? Or is the video of it running with propane?

Unfortunatelly i hadn't more propane. You can tune it yourself with 6 hex in the bottom and in the top. And under the blue cover you can modify the open timing.

Is the 40mm propane or natural gas?

Ng^^ "ESL" = natural gas.

"PSL" is propane.

Yes ESL is originally runs with Natral Gas, but everybody can the torch tune for propane like this.

This is also an ESL Torch, but on this video runs with propane. You can tune the flame with 6 hex TOP and BOTTOM.
