I was told it was a Heathway by both the person that sold it to me, as well as the owner of Wheeler Electric when he rebuilt the gearbox and repainted it. There is a serial number, but no Heathway logo.

How hard is it to move on the rusty rails?Oil should help but I am worried about the movement.I love to buy this if it is in usable shape.

The machine has been sitting at the back of my living room for about a year, stored indoors. The "rust" is superficial and can be removed with a bit of steel wool and sewing machine oil from Walmart can be used to lube the torch chassis. Thank you for the interest!
