To get to the point any less is insane in my opinion.

I mean my rent is only $500 month. So I’m ok. The house is $1750 but my girlfriend works 2 jobs also.

Nomad ... Why set yourself up like this? I'm pretty fast and Swim would absolutely smoke me. I'd put good money on skuzz if the imaginary river boat casino put out odds. Also, if you're shooting to make 30k a year and failing, you need to go put those two degrees to work.

No I’m not failing. My friends my age all make over $100,000 a year. So I feel poor.

Yeah my two art degrees to work. I was asked to teach Sunday school but I didn’t want to get finger printed. They would find out about my weed bust 15 years ago.
So I make glass for a consignment gallery Sunday’s and do the same money.

I can’t wait to grow legal mj personally. I was caught with 30 oz but I really had like 4 times as much. I am lucky. I didn’t do more than a day in jail for it.

let me rant a little bi since hat is what happens in these normad threads.....fwiw, I do like nomad. I spent the first part of my glass journey wanting to make inside out spoons, I am from a poor town in a poor state where we smoked nickel bags of brick weed out of chinese pipes we bought at the corner store. These were the art that inspired me to do this oddly enough, the same imports I hate and compete with today. After I realized my target price would be 5-12$ I started working on getting fast, and it was a mistake in the short run, I spent two years afterward becoming clean, but the speed is still there. If I had to be in a "glass game" it would be for doing good work very fast... blah blah blah. THe reason I am in a bad mood is because of this missing glass. Its not coming back either. I worked countless hours to get very far ahead, and I am so far ahead that I am only selling shit I dont need to buy materials. Christmas presents are stacked high. Its just going to be hard to remake all that prodo, I hope the box turns up.

If I need to do a 8 hour challenge from scrap , wrap and rake on clear with color, I accept, and will let the crowd judge quality so I cant get away with fuckering it off. I have not done this style in a while... but you may be surprised at how I can copy that nomad bub.... at the place I am in glass I will have to put in he extra work and bridge them, I know that nomad does not, and maybe that is ok, but I cant stand unworked seals......

I spent many years making spoons. I started at making 3 inch spoons for $6. I made 20 a day by noon. Then worked on bubblers and other accounts the rest of the day. I sold 100 spoons a week for 5-10 years until imports came out.

I learned bubblers from a bob badtram apprentice. The seals are worked. I learned them 20 years ago. Bob Badtram is Bob snodgrass apprentice.

I designed my production so it can be copied easily. I want a couple more people making them in my shop. So I try to make it easy to copy.

Make sure the wrap in 1 thread going over entire piece. Then the rake lines are straight too.

FYI the town I live next to in Newburgh ny which has a higher murder rate per capita than anyplace else in the United States. We have lots of poor people. My girlfriend works at an inner city school. It’s the ghetto. So poor they don’t even pave the city streets anymore. They are old and torn up. People sell crack everywhere and you can buy stems in every convenient store.
Brick weed out of China pipes is a vacation Mang! I moved to New Mexico for that. It was like $20 a 1/2 oz and here the same garbage is $30 an 1/8 oz.
    Cocaine is like $100 gram.
    It’s a dump yes.
