    Default Abr Imagery: Recent customer service experience.

    I placed an order for glass recently. I noticed an issue with that order so I called ABR. I spoke to Dan. Dan informed me that multiple items were out of stock on my order and he had shipped it anyway. When asked to resolve this he got rude and loud when I tried to say something to resolve the issue he preceded to hang up on me. So I call ABR back ring ring no response. try again a little while later, no response. Call from my wifes phone, 2nd ring he picks up and makes a smug remark about me calling from a different number, then precedes to hang back up on me. ABR has my money. I do not have what I ordered and their Customer Service representative needs to man up and apologize for his mistake and childish actions.

    They have a lot of glass stuck in customs from Asia. So I know they are out of some colors. I call and ask and they have substitutes. They are always nice to me.

    ^^ it's not strange. i've heard more stories like this about abr than i can count.

    Nomad, their one valiant defender, lol.

    Most of us I think stopped going there after a bad experience or two. I only bought one thing from them in 5 years, when it was the only place to get it.

    I only buy things I absolutely have to, to avoid these issues. I've never had one, but I've know others personally that have.

    ABR has always been cool with me and i order from them all the time. They hook it up actually, kicked me some thin mints on a strange occasion even (well after cookie season..). Talk to the guy who sounds like the turtle from finding nemo, hes the man. You asked to "resolve an issue, and offered a solution" and he "got loud and hung up". Hrmm right..

    You think you get shitty service from ABR online you should visit their warehouse sometime.

    I live an hour away and went there one time and it was an experience.
    I did however place an order last week and everything was there but it was basic shit.

    I just sent them an order. No problems here. They had what I wanted in stock and everything.

    Full Refund received. Now I know from experience Dan is extremely unpleasant and Joe is a reasonable guy happy to help. Now to manifest the glass I need from somewhere else

    Sparko I have no reason to misrepresent what happened it was disappointing and frustrating.
