    Default Kiln Question

I have never used a kiln. I was given an old pottery kiln but the cone fire is broke. The controller works but the button you push to fire it does not stay on. Can i use this analog pottery kiln for glass annealing? Sorry this is my first time posting to this site. I guess im asking for some links or recommended videos for learning how to use a Kiln for Lampworking. I have always just used vermiculite to cool my glass, But i cant really make anything with multiple layers without it cracking.
    Thanks, Jim

You can get a controller you plug the kiln into like this , just make sure you get one that will handle a big ceramics kiln.
