    I have one I’ll sell Steve at acid fly doesn’t make them anymore I don’t think. Took me two years to find the one I got

    The other alternative is to drill and tap it to the next size up. One side a clearance hole and tapped bigger on the other. Provided the piece that goes in there can be drilled too.

    I made a part like that a couple weeks back for the remote control lever of a hydraulic spool valve for a tree trimmers boom truck but it had 2 balls with the a clevis.
    The guy never paid me. It's one of those deals where they owe you and disappear.

    +1 for drilling and tapping a size bigger. Somtimes you can tap the same size and mush the threads back enough to grab

    you can also tap to the next size, and get a helicoil that will thread into the hole and bring it back to the proper size.
