Shipping Internationally
I have 2 customers in India asking for cash on delivery in order to receive products from me. I am waffling on whether or not to do this, since it would $90 for shipping if i do it. I have attempted to find a way for them to pay me first, like Moneygram. Does anyone have experience with a payment app that they prefer to use for international buyers? And does anyone here do international COD?

Re: Shipping Internationally
NEVER ship COD internationally. Anything that crosses the border becomes essentially unretrievable without undo excessive expense and there is no guarantee that the payment received will be any good.
Payment first in US Dollars, allow to clear their bank, then ship.

Re: Shipping Internationally
ok thanks mike. they look like legitimate customers and my thinking was that most of the risk is assumed by them, as a COD shipment cannot be accepted without pymnt and they are trusting the box contains what they ordered, but i will ask for pymnt first now.

Re: Shipping Internationally
Fake money orders are rampant in southern Asia and Africa. Trust nothing but hard cold cash.
