Default merged account lost thru previous email

    mer,
i recently asked you to combine my eridu and riley accounts, which you did and i thank you for it. the only problem is when the account merged with my previous account i lost the p-word, and the p-word request will not work because my previous email account is no longer valid.

my account merge was eridu + riley ...

if possible could you send a password request to my current email ( www.riley520@gmail.com ) this email, should be current with my last current account but i am not sure.

thanks for any mod help on here,

    chris riley

there is no eridu account anymore, you asked me to merge it to riley. if you sign in under that name you should have full access.

the problem is is that i can't remember my password for the riley account and now that the accounts are merged under the riley account i cannot request a forgotten password through my email because it is a previous and no longer active email. if you could send a password request form to my current email it would be awesome.

    current email addy is riley520@gmail.com

thanks again for the help this name change /account merger has left me without the pot, the melting pot.

check your spam filter, i've already sent a pw reminder to that email, but i'd be glad to do it again. are you trying to sing in as riley520? you had me change it to riley w/o any numbers. maybe that's the problem.

    thanks mer,
i have been trying to sign in as "riley" no numbers but i don't have the password and my email account for that account was riley@soulpathglass.com, this email is no longer working, my eridu account (i believe) was under riley520@gmail.com, i haven't gotten any emails on my gmail account, it might be a spam filter thing and i'm trying to figure that out too. thanks, and sorry this account merge/name change was what i wanted and now i casn no longer access either account.

    happy holidays and thanks,

    riley

staill haven't been able to get a lost password request to actually hit my email, riley520@gmail. i really don't get alot of time on a computer so my attempts to actually get this resolved have been spaced apart and sporadic.

it would be cool to be back on my account, as it has been months.

anyhow life is busy as hell and if i can try to make more of an effort on this, before startring a new account, then i will.

thanks to any and all help in getting the password request to actually work for my email (as i have tried many times and even though i get the message that its already sent, and i have no filters on my gmail account, and never receive it)

i guess at this stage i should just start a new account and then maybe we can merge the newest with the lost account?

    thank you in adavance
