Howdy lovely glass people

Have been lampworking on and of for a few years making beads. I have just bought myself a christmas, birthday and christmas present. Being a Cheetah and a 20 psi 10 Lpm Oxy concentrator. NOt a cheap thing to do here in Australia.

I have been doing lots of study on this site and im continualy slipping over in puddles of my own drool looking at all the pretties and the amazing talent on here.

mostly I collect torches and glass
I never get to go to the shows
I keep trying to modify my torches why don't we has a torch with 3 stages?you know a middle a medium and large flame I keep thinking of how to do it.
Anyone know what happened to Micah Evans?

Hi, I'm Joni B I now live in Arizona, the Phoenix area but lived most of my life in Iowa. I do accounting by day and now make beads by night! I am very new to bead making... so new that I have a kiln I have not turned on yet, I'm a little scarred of that! I've just been making practice beads and waiting for them to crack, and I'll be darned a few did! Waiting for the weather to turn nice before I go full circle... I'm doing everything on the patio.

I have taken a few classes at the Mesa Art Center... I need a lot of practice... just hoping to make some exceptable Xmas gifts! I'm very excited about my new "hobby"! Looking forward to reading good advice here!
