not sure of current market value $240/lb should be cheap enough i hope for it all to find a new home.
this is the real deal, corning made in the 1940s -50s.
it will make me sad to say goodbye to it

I'll second Phatty's cred... got a few pounds of this years ago from him, it's good stuff =)
As the years pass by I have to say
of the faces that cross my mind while blowing glass
I smile when I think of yours Mr. Howard.
So out of touch, didn't even realize gas was coming back to the pacific northwest.
guaranteed I'll see ya there and have a drink or two.

we could go halfers on a pound snyd, ill pay the shipping from you to me.
but will it get stopped at the border for being radioactive, or is that silly?
any pics of this stuff...i am very interested to see some glass worth $240 a lb.
Just hook me up a stick and I'll mail you something back that will turn that frown upside down! It's that time of year ya know...Slick420
Don't trouble Trouble unless Trouble troubles You!
Rod goes for a premium, as it is getting rare. $240/lb is still retail. NO customs for USA since it ships from Washington (wouldn't be a problem anyway just cost a little more). I know i'm out of rod except for my personal stock (less than a pound). if you want rod it's what you need to pay. See my link below for various pics.

Chris used to be in British Columbia so if he is still there, may be no customs for Canada?

Thanks for jumping in with info and pics Dave
As far as volumes i would rather sell pounds as anything less is just as much work and the same amount to ship.
I am in Canada so canadians get same price in CAN$ shipped from BC.
Jason, i have been riding a happy wave since you broke the news to me about GAS. gonna have to sell some more uranium to pay for my pass
I do have some 1" x 3mm wall uranium tube...
I was gonna just liquidate my 4mm rod but need cash so
I will offer up 5 lbs of the tubing for sale @ $200 LB no discounts no more available then 5 LBS.
Jason has first dibs if he desires but the rest is available to anyone
cheers

oh the plot thickens... apparently i'm buying your GAS pass. ok, so how many tubes in a pound (or what does a tube weigh)
