MPP Panel @ 7:45pm

We are so pleased to be holding a panel discussion with Sarah Lovering of the MPP (Marijuana Policy Project). These guys are working on some major moves in changing how marijuana is regarded and regulated. We all know the importance of this movement for our industry.

Sarah will be touching on MPP's work to overturn paraphernalia laws around the country (at state and federal levels), the progress MPP has made, and what they have planned for the future.

Just a few of MPP accomplishments:
-Legalized medical marijuana in 9 states (HI, VT, DE, RI, NH, IL, MT, MI, AZ)
-Decriminalized marijuana in 3 states (VT, MA, RI)
-Legalized marijuana in CO
-Removed criminal penalties for marijuana paraphernalia in CO
-Removed criminal penalties for medical marijuana paraphernalia in MI, AZ, and ME
-Ran compelling advertisements like this one and this one in major venues that get the media talking about this issue and educating the public.

Their goal is to enact federal legislation that legalizes marijuana during the 2017-2018 congress.
