Who works bullseye? Looking for bullseye lampworkers, rods, frit.
I've got a bunch of 90 Coe clear, Kimble r6. I thought it all Kimble was boro. Mostly 8 and 10mm rods but there's some other sizes too. I tested it with a chunk of bullseye sheet glass, passed every test.
I don't want to spend any money on more soft glass, its pissy. Someone trade me some color for some clear, I'm used to boro, where color costs WAY more than clear.... All the bullseye/Schott/uroboros 90 clear I see is pretty pricey! Lets make a trade and I'll make it pretty lopsided in your favor.
I just want some random colors... If someone hooks me up with a bit of BE rod or frit, I'll send a few pounds of 8mm clear rods. Or if you want a sample, gimme your address, send me a pic of what you make with it, and ill cover shipping for a couple short 8mm rods in a padded envelope. If you want a bigger sample like a lb or 2, huck me ten or twenty bucks, and ill send a couple pounds. International shipping ain't cheap, and I'm on an island up north.

I thought if I traded some of this clear for some bullseye color it would inspire me to make something out of it, its doing me no good right now. I've got a whole bunch of 8mm and 10mm clear rods, some 3mm and 7mm, maybe some other sizes, and some weird little 4mm tube.
I'm also willing to sell, or trade for boro, tools, whatever. It's 48" rods but I don't mind cutting into 16s or 24s for shipping
Theres a post on lampworketc where I ramble on a bit more - I thought the bead ladies might be into it, no luck. Kimble stopped making this stuff like 40 years ago, I thought it would be a score for a bullseye flameworker.

I wonder if this would be of any use to someone who fuses glass for a living? Seems like you could build some neat things fusing rod. I wen't and fused some stuff in a class, and we were all working 90 coe... maybe that is your market there.

I found some 12mm rod too, and I met a lady that does fused & stained glass with bullseye. She's got a vitrigraph kiln, so she can pull me some rods.
3/7/8/10/12 mil clear Bullseye-compatible rod for sale, cheap. Trade for boro?

You might want to post over on Lampwork Etc. More beaders use 90COE Garage Sale
There is a group on Facebook that trade both fusable and Lampworking stuff https://www.facebook.com/groups/glasstools4sale/ closed group but you could get an invite.

Thanks Dave... I posted on Lampworketc first but my post is all over the map. Post Count is zero ( I guess garage sale doesnt count?) so that doesn't help. I'm going to delete it and start a new one.
I don't do FB but my gf and sister are both on a handful of glassifieds on there so I can use 'em.... Never seen that one though, thanls for the heads up!
