People sweat my trademark style. Ask my distributor about the details. I have exclusive designs for them.

so i guess the real question is, if i start making wrap and rake milli spoons, i'd be served with a cease and desist? or is that not how trademarks work? why trademark something that 10,000 chinese kids are doing?

oh i'm calm, it's simply entertaining. i'm no dale chihuly, but trademarking a wrap & rake? i honestly don't see it. it's either complete bs, or it's true but means fuckall, because i can guarantee that nomad isn't the only one making w&r milli spoons, nor does he own the design. it's a fucking spoon.

These recent "discussions" are killing the flavor of this thread. Post your pic, maybe a couple of compliments, then gtfo. There are plenty of threads to bash Nomad if you REALLY feel the need but thats getting old too.

Yeah I have made wrap and rake spoons by the hundreds since 1998. I would think you could call it my style.
