Are you trying to say that you invented implosion marbles? How long have you been workin with glass? For what it's worth, I don't feel like there's anything wrong with using other peopels techniques because everyone has done this with glass ever since the first person who put fire to glass got copied by someone else who thought that puting fire to glass was a good idea. We all use techniques every day that we didn't come up with, weather it be shocking glass with water, scribing glass, or whatever, and I feel that the free distribution of techniques helps the glass culture develope faster. I do however think there's something wrong with sayin that you invented tequniques if you didn't......... Either way though, nice marble.

I would love to se a gremlit incased in to one of those space marbs

Here's one like the one in the Bob Snodgrass article. Bob Snodgrass marble with aliens and space scene and This Triple Alien Snoddy

Here's one of Bob Badtram's marbles. Bob Badtram marble with the earth and space.

Here are a few I had with me at the 2003 A.G.I. When I met Gateson and gave him mad props in person. http://pbase.com/bkbowden/gremlin

Good idea about the gremlit, Ratty dog...
I'd really like to see a gremlet Encased too. Incasements are a cool tech, but I've found the results of an Encasement can be really quite 'spacy' as well. Hmm, Who or What was it that envented Space anyway? I've heard a few stories, but I'm not sure which one is really correct. When was that tech Envented? Life can seem so complex sometimes... luckly, I can Encalmo

It seems to me that many sentient beings in the universe would make an art replica of the environment around them. Go figure! Anyway, once again nice work Gremlin... nice to see your work Ivolve.

Wow...All i can say to that is that getting a rep for being a dick is bad for business, you should keep your mouth shut.I mean your work is great, you have shit on display at corning, and im sure people look up to you,why ruin it by being a douche bag.Say your sorry.

Gremlin i like the marble, and my advice to you is to copy everything this guy does, and strive to be better then him, because you are.

Good to see ya back again Gremlin. You always had those skills. Because its a marble does that make it so thats its not available to simulate?

Maybe all the spoon makers should quite making them look like other peoples spoons.

Serioulsy, Gateson don't post his probably because he doesn't want them copied, and I mean exactly, which is next to impossible to do anyway. I think he feels funny when it comes to that, and I know hes spent a lot of time in research and technique to do his style, so his work is more one of a kind than other types of glass pieces in the same catagory.

Gremlins put in his time, and I've even tried space themed marbles/pendants, their undoubtedly unique each and every one of them.

I seriously doubt knowing him, his plan was to copy gateson from the time he lit the torch to make one.

    Its a free world brother.
