Dude who owns it was pretty bummed.

Jesus H. Christ man, what goes on in that shop? LMAO trying to picture this scene. Sounds like you have some wild ass parties up in there while you're workin Luke. Try not to let any strippers swing their arms (or any other important parts) in front of ya delta

Def gotta work on those seals for sure, try to blow them out to even thickness, the one on the mouthpiece looks like it almost closed up like a onie hitter.

I'm not trying to be an ass here or anything HMK, but I'm still wondering exactly what it is you invented... I keep getting confused.
Not calling you out or anything, I'm just wondering.

i had to work that extra good, and its condensed a bit, but its not even close to closed up, its a nice join.

of course striving for perfection is an excellent goal burton. you act like i have made it a goal not to; i certainly haven't.

before i posted pictures of my curve design with titanium pad attachment with a swingarm, no one had used the small curve setup with a ti pad attached. i posted pics of my own rig on Overgrow, and friends wanted one too, so i asked my sister to make some more. it really caught on. now many people make the small units with titanium pads attached to curves. and some companies have started businesses devoted strictly to selling copies of my curve. as well i was the trend setter when it comes to hand made glass worked oil dishes. i asked my sister to make me some, then posted pictures, and that caught on like wildfire too. hundreds of people make oil dishes now. i recall roo was one of the first to sell them after my sister. no one was making worked oil dishes or ti pad curve units until i popularized it through pictures of my gear, and getting my sister to make them for others. you are welcome for the new products to make.

So I'm still confused... from your post, I read that adding the ti pad to the curve was your idea, but it was your sister that actually did it? And it was just the addition of the ti pad with the swingarm?
Also - do you have a link to the Overgrow thread?

Also - statements like your last sentence really make you look like a pouty brat with a chip on his shoulder, just so you know. Not trying to 'hate' on you, just pointing that out in case you weren't aware. You are welcome.

im aware. you guys who make a living selling units and dishes should be more grateful, specially you crip, haha you homo.

i got my sister to make me glass stuff for my ideas. i created a market for her so she has never ending work if she wants now. i do all the metal work. the unit design is mainly mine, taken from her basic bubbler style, and what i needed modified to suit the curve design. over time many design changes have been made. it was my initiative, but of course my sister being the artist i employed had a large amount of input as well.

Overgrow is gone. there is archives of it maybe i am not sure. i believe the owner sold seeds and was a biker maybe and got busted? it was a big deal at the time when it went down, everyone was freaking. 2004 i think.

i did i did i did ,i even have proof. lol, not invented, more like, no one made worked oil dishes until i got my sister to do it for me. thats what i said. not invented. i asked my sister to make me some, and no one was making worked oil dishes before she was. i was called out on this before and proved it to a crowd of disbelieving miscreants. if you really care go search the ahead piece (jlee)thread i started a ruckus about it on TC. i am definitely not gonna bother again for little ole you

you are gonna have to call me a trend setter i think, not an inventor. there was curves before i came up with it. there was dishes used for things before my sister made worked ones. there were no curves with ti pads used , or worked oil dishes, until i showed you all the way. once again, you are most welcome. appreciate why dontcha, haha.

You did not invent or popularize the worked dish in any way shape or form. And I know a tiny little glass blowing mama who will argue with you on this point and win anytime. Your continued bogus claims are hilarious. You may have introduced them to the scene you are in, but in no way did you invent, reinvent, or create the dish. PERIOD. I will do my best not to bring this topic up ever again. I enjoy seeing your progression behind the torch and look forward to seeing you make more complex pieces. Keep it up. Dropp the attitude that you are responsible for things that have been around since before you saw your first pipe and you will go far. Keep up the good work, and lets see more of it with less debate over who invented sliced bread.
