Congrats man!
Looks like that is going to be a sweet shop space. Have fun with the build.
The wife and i just signed on our first house!! We get the keys on the 15th of next month. So here is a pic of my soon to be new shop. Can't wait to get in there and build it like i want it.
I'll have two torch stations, one for me and the other for my kids or friends who wanna throw down.
Cheers everyone![]()

Thanks guys, i don't think i could get much more excited about anything. Waiting for my gtt to be built was hard enough but now i have to wait for my home to be officially mine......at least i don't have to wait for five months.

congratulations, the studio and backyard look so nice. living in the desert for many years makes a person yearn for those settings, trees and grass oh my.
Riley we live in a desert here in eastern wa. The backyard was a huge part of why we loved this house. It reminds me of the west side of the state all lush and green. There is a huge apricot tree as well as rasberry bushes and strawberries growing randomly throughout. It's awesome.

Looks like paradise, congrats! I love outside workshops like that. Just moved my shop into a shed this summer too.
Nice color combo on the white & blue bubbler.
Bois you need to post a shop build progression on here while you pimp out your work place!
Will do indie. I'm looking forward to it. Right now i'm still mulling over what is going to be my best option for ventillation. It looks like i will have a choice between squirrel fan or two attic fans.
There already is a workbench there but it needs a little tweaking and a hardbacker covering.
There are 5- 20 amp circuits that run out there which is great but i still need to figure out which outlets are to what circuit so i can make sure i have a dedicated for the kiln. Other than that it will be gravy.

Nice marbles!
I expended a lot of effort to hang up a large squirrel cage blower. This summer... now I'm thinking an attic fan would have been just as good for this shop, or better - probably quieter, easier to install and would move as much air. Depends on your fan I guess.
Electricity is a problem out in my shop... I only have 20 amps on one circuit, so the fan is on an extension cord.

Julian, thanks for that i'll just stick to the attic fans.
Here's a stemless i just finished. I really like this design and think i'm gonna do several more with this kind of style.
