flame pics? im interested in the cheaper red max or the red rocket. i just about bought a new one from glasscraft the other day, wasnt sure how nice of a torch it would be for the lathe so i waited. close to a delta elite huh? thats pretty awesome for a nortel. i think the red max minor would be slightly too small for seals on bigger tubing like 50x5 and up, but what about the red rocket? pretty hot pinpoint flame? i sold my delta elite that was on the lathe and need to replace it with something similar but not so fragile

this sounds like the premix version. i tried the surface mix version which is pretty much a minor torch and i didnt like that one at all, it was like a super cold lynx. the outer flame seemed good though. is the premix inner fire a lot hotter than the minor version? or at least more focused?
