    Made these little guys yesterday, took me a while to get a good one-hitter bowl, still working on it.     I believe it's when you heat up the glass and let it condense upon itself in the tube, "restricting" the inner diameter of the tube.

    Yeah 12 or 16 mil works great. Restrict, shape stem, shape bowl, shape mouthpiece. Try to keep th restriction atleast an eighth of an inch open.
