The reason I didn't state the price was because we like time to speak to interested parties one on one to build a relationship, As we are not like most Lathe Manufacturers as you will better understand after reading the information below. Also being a representative for S.E.M Industries it gives me the ability to keep track of potential sales I have made!

That being said, these are brand new Lathes, Machined and Manufactured in house (except the motor and control unit) of all American steel at our shop based in Arizona. We have a Main Webpage @ www.AmericanLathes.com and you can add us on Facebook @ AZ Glass Lathes.

We have Sold over 70 lathes this year since our product hit the market on January 3rd 2013. And we expect to be sold out within the next 2 months. Upon purchase of our Lathe. The owner of our company Sean Lapp, actually fly's out to you, and is on site when the lathe arrives via freight, and stays on location for 2-3 days helping setup the lathe, showing you how it works, and blows glass on it with you! Giving you the chance to build a personal relationship with him, And giving him a chance to show you his conviction and the level in which he stands behind his product!

The Lathes comes with a 1 year warranty. We have a few videos of it on our Facebook page, and will be releasing a video in the next few weeks of us doing durability tests on the Lathe, Dragging it behind a truck @ 30mph, and dropping it off tables and it still running centered! This IS an American product, these are not the imported Asian or Indian Lathes.

The pricing on the 5100 Lathe is $8750 w/o the torch carriage, with the Torch carriage its an additional $250. Freight cost for shipping is about $650.

If this is something you are interested in you can call Sean directly to place your order and leave a deposit. And if you have any other question you can call or txt both Sean and myself, I will leave our numbers at the bottom of this message.

I can't thank you enough for your Interest in our product! We understood how difficult and expensive it become for artists and craftsman to get a quality Lathe in our Community, and that's why we've taken 2 years to release a superior product that was affordable to everyone.

    Thanks again!!

    You can contact us @:
    Sean # 623.570.0944

**If you contact Sean, Please let him know that you heard about the company from Manny Melkio. And that I referred you to him directly!**

    Best regards and Happy Melting!

If you've just started changing your oil I'd recommend trying your hands at a brake job or a tune up before you run out and get a lift, As far as a CNC machine do you have any other prior Fabricating experience? If not I'd recommend trying your hand at a Milling machine first. Programs Used for a CNC Machine like Mastercam and Solidworks take a bit of time to learn and understand.

I was a plastic injection mold maker, die maker and tool maker for 12 years, Using CNC Lathes and Milling Machines, Metal Lathes, Milling Machines, EDM machines.
I have also built Plastic extrusion machines as well as Plastic injection machines.

So if you need some help please don't hesitate to ask!

not bad - cheaper than a used litton - a little less than a new chinese lathe w/o the hassle of importing it yourself.

    looks solid
