Ok so here it goes...

1. Im an extremely nice person, which bites me from time to time.

2. I am happily married to the love of my life I never knew could exist. 5 years together, married 2 on 11/27.

3. I have a mini bull terrier like the target dog, and she can jump to my face. She's 16 inches at shoulder and im 6 ft 1.

4. I am a certified but non licensed massage therapist, and have no will to ever perform it.

5. I work at a LHS in Lilburn, Ga, which has had an impact on furthering my passion for quality glass.

6. I will not sell import glass unless I don't have a choice. Ie : cust has 8 dollars and doesn't care.

7. I wish I had telekenesis.

8. According to a reader I am "on my 4th life strand, and working on my 5th strand of dna." He said Einstein had 8 strands but he didn't work glass that I know of so im not sure of the relevance.

9. My musical tastes are extremely varied. I listen to metal, to classic rock, to rap, to billy joel whatever fits the mood.

10. I hope I am accepted here and I can add my worth to the pot in which we melt in.

1. I use to be a professional dog trainer (obedience, protection, retrieval)
2. Before the dog training company I was a Political Science doctoral student.
3. I was a professional chef as well and was known for my intricate melon carvings.
4. I have an amazing 5 yr old daughter and wife (she is not 5 but she is amazing).
5. I owned a concert security company when I was 19 and did a ton of front/back stage work (Ice Cube/Fox Theater in Boulder CO to name one).
6. I am currently an assistant produce manager for City Market in Cortez, CO.
7. I play disc golf professionally.
8. I am currently working on an MBA with an emphasis in Forensic Accounting.
9. I love Tarantino and have seen everything he has done or been involved with (i think).
10. I lived in Switzerland for 2 years (learned to snowboard there) as a teenager and traveled all over Europe and to Egypt.

2. I played World of Warcraft Professionally in a Top 20 world team and was ranked top 10 in the world in the class I played.

5. I took piano lessons for over 10 years as a youngster
6. I have over 30 hours in tattoo's
7. I am a self taught guitar player playing everyday for the last 5 years.
8. I am an absolute terrible singer, but I still LOVE doing it.
9. I probably spend WAYYY to much time on this forum even for the short period of time that I've known about it (think 4-5 hrs a day, possibly longer)
10. I was made fun of as a kid for my name "JustON" ... even though its pronounced 'Justin' my parents were just stoners and didn't know how to spell... k? FUCK

1. I love my dog even though he is very flatulent and makes whatever room he's in smell like death.
2. I've gained about 80 pounds since high school (class of '03) so when Im out in public and I spot someone I haven't seen since graduation, I run and hide. Even if they've already seen me.
3. My mom had a series of strokes that left her with severe brain damage so I spend most evenings taking care of her.
4. I am a graphic designer for a meat manufacturing company that primarily sells prison food. I hope Im not stuck eating that crap someday.
5. I don't like to drink. It makes me nauseous and gives me headaches.
6. I quit smoking in December 2011 by switching to an e-cigarette. It's the bomb. I'll probably never give that up.
7. My cat constantly wipes her ass on my carpet when she's done taking a dump. If it wasn't for the fact that if I get rid of her she would inevitably be put down for being such a bitch, I wouldn't have her.
8. I've always known I was an artist. I was just born that way I guess.
9. I think Chocolate smells like piss.
10. I'm the worst cook you've ever met.

Since there are two of us that frequent the forum, I will specify that this is Pam typing.

1. I used to build air planes for the Reno Air Races. Loved not knowing if I was going to be working on fabric, wood, metal or composite for the day. We got to fly what we finished
2. I miss the days my car stereo was a massage studio on wheels.The bass would bounce a pack of smokes off the hood.
3. I am an adopted grandma with 3 kids and 8 grandchildren. What a learning curve and a delight! I love them all and the man that made them.
4. My dog is so spoiled I might as well go sleep on his bed and just give him mine.
5. Crushes me to disappoint others.
6. Sarcasm is my forte, however it does not always work in print.

1. I can't stand cold weather, thankfully I live near Austin, TX and don't have to deal with it very often.

10 things, huh, gee where to start...

1) Born in Cali, a military brat, never lived in one place for more than 3 years - Germany, Okinawa and five other states including Oregon, Georgia, Alabama, Idaho and Alaska where I lived for 17 years.

2) Mom is japanese, my Dad is german/irish/english, so I often get mistaken for latino, lol.

3) So shy in high school that I didn't have a girl friend until my senior year and even then never got past 2nd base :?o

4) Made up for lost time after high school, became a disco DJ and a dance instructor and developed a 3 year addiction to cocaine.

5) At the bottom of my addiction, while waiting for a deal to go down, I shot myself with a 9 mm (accidentally cuz I was sooo high ;?) which put me in the hospital but saved my life cuz it got me out of that life.

6) Lived in Costa Rica for a year, met some incredible people/teachers at the University for Peace which led to another life-changing experience.

7) Joined the Peace Corps and lived/worked for 3 years in Honduras at the National Agricultural School (Catacama, Olancho) where, believe it or not, I taught Africanized Bee Management. Yes, I know, neither did I at the time - I wanted to build schools in the jungle for crying out loud, but that was the gig I landed, proving again that life is indeed stranger than fiction ;?D

8) Married a beautiful Honduran woman, and together we created the most beautiful girl in the world, my precious daughter Rhiannon. She gives my life meaning, and if I never accomplish another thing in life, I will still be happy.

9) Started and lost several businesses, including a home remodeling biz that I loved more than anything (just hit the market at the wrong time and got caught in the economic downturn).

10) Just came through a year-long depression because I've been trapped in a soul-killing factory job for the past 4 years. BUT, in December I (re)discovered glass blowing, quit taking the meds and found out that I'm going to be alright because I realize that this discovery is just the beginning of another life-changing event in the journey of my life. Now I know there's a path out of the wilderness...
Yay!!

P.S. 11) Somewhere between 9) and 10) I got divorced, sooo I'm now single ;?D

2. My wife and I build and repair Hand Drums
3. We used to play in a 5 piece (eventually 6 piece) folk-rock band, I was on drums/perc she played(s) cello, banjo, and guitar
4. 3 cats 1 dog, one of the cats was lost for 10 months and we moved across the country before we got him back, one of the other cats is in loved with my Blue Heeler's ass and tries to bury his head into the dog's ass (the dog isn't into it at all)
5. I make a vegan chocolate cake that is better than most chocolate cakes you've ever had.

8. My main gig is doing (unaccredited) music therapy with old folks in Memory Care/Rehab/Assisted/Independent living facilities.
9. I joke about it but a small yet very real part of my mind feels like Ents are watching my every woodworking decision in some distant dimension and that my main job in the shop is to be safe and not make them weep. They're a sensitive lot.
10. I'm a huge Douglas Adams fan, so much so that I considered moving this up to fact #1.
