I think your signature should be that: "Sorry to threadjack, just a joke. Sort of."

    Ya and

"It will cost you more to pick up a nickel than to hustle right on by"

    or

"Make a habit of emptying your pocket change into your scrap glass pile on the floor, it pays to remember"

    or

"Don't use colors that cant take the heat"

    or "Don't invest in turtles"

or "Only invest in turtles only .07% of your time"

    or

"Now hiring newbs to make turtle pendants from my scraps, buy me corndogs, and set up run their own booths two booths down from me at shows." $10/hour at shows, $8.50 during production hours. 20 hours a week."-alright, this one is semi-serious if ya got the shittiest turtles around, let me know. Must also try to poop for me too. If ya canb't poop for me, you get to clean my adult diapers after shows.
-on second thought, you can make lopsided, mis-shapen heart pendants too. Nothing that resembles descently shaped, though.

Wait a minute, do you need any degrees or education to change adult diapers? I'll have to check the osha handbook or something, and it will be listed on the job duties more professional-like. Something like:
-Using the proper feces sanitizing PPE's, after completing 20 minutes of Feces handling training program, must be be able to clean adult feces profeciently.
Profiency is based on the following criteria:

Then I'll have list of profecient feces criteria for your yearly feces handling review where you will be assessed for a raise of up to $2.00/hour, with guarunteed $.50/hour

The $10 a hour/8.50 is training wages, and you will be bumped up to $10.50/$9 depending on how your turtles aren't progressing.

-O yah, and there's a feces training program quiz and test afterwards requiring 90% correct. 3 retakes, or you are not allowed to work in the turtle pendanting/2 booths down from at shows/cleaning my diapers position. There are other positions available, but they may not pay $8.50 a hour.

If your looking for Dichro scraps ....You can get them for like $25 a pound on ebay. I ordered a pound once...lots of the chunks were still several inches square, and the bag was much closer to 3-4 pounds than 1 pound. Great deal for scrap dichro.

Guys I love you all and honestly I expected the Flack!! So sorry for not replying to any of you guys super generous offers! Life happens and you drop in and out of your hobbies, also im a bit new to this whole forum thing. Had no idea there was a tracking option for threads. I just now saw all the info!!

But a little update for all the people here, I do have a kiln now its a paragon bluebird xl. Figured it would work well just starting out. I have made so many mushrooms now its getting kinda silly. My cane control is working out pretty well, I can get some pretty ridiculous looking mushrooms/jellyfish out easy.

But if you see my newest thread I am worried about my limitations because of my tiny torch, im worried im not being able to work my pieces right because I simply dont have the heatbase!

I got the Contemporary Lampworking 1 & 2 and read through them. Understood nothing...

Fast a month or two of ducking around on the torch every other day or so. I went back and read both of them cover to cover in one sitting. I couldnt believe how much more since everything made at that point. When Badhu talks about "READ YOUR HEAT BASE" I get it now and it feels amazing to see things come together properly!

Also im located in the North Georgia Mountains, an hour north of Atlanta.

Guys its late I was on the torch till 3 this morning ive just been up keepin an eye on my kiln and trolling round here again
