No thanks. The strobe kit sells for $1800 alone.

what the fuck? The camera alone is worth $2k, almost $2k for a strobe kit and I can bet that with that kinda strobe kit invested, he's probably sitting on at least $1k worth of lenses, right?

Getting a Delta Elite might be a hard sell but this is STEAL for anyone with a Phantom or Mirage.

I have a bunch of Canon lenses, I would part with some of them and would value the camera at around $1500. If anyone is serious PM me and we can discuss what lenses you would need.

Camera is in mint condition. I don't use it at all since I have a 5D Mark III. The EOS-1Ds Mark III is a full frame 21.1mp professional camera. This is a generic photo of the 1DsIII I found online, I will post one of my camera tomorrow.

This is a dope deal, but i doubt you're going to get anyone to bite. Nowadays with 41 mega pixel nokia phones, spending thousands on camera equipment is really the last thing people want to do. An 8MP phone with natural lighting can get the job done for most people.

I swear I can take excellent macro pictures with my 4 megapixel camera. It just takes 4-10 shots of the same thing to get the picture you want. And you know what? My old 3.3 megapixel camera was even better.

Good photo equipment including the right lenses, lighting and technique will yield better photographs.

Any camera will make a picture but good gear and technique will make a quality photograph.

Anyone can melt glass but what would they make? With the right tools and techniques the end product is demonstratively improved!

Which is exactly why people want to spend their money on tools to make their glass better haha.

Good photographs are a tool to make a better presentation of your work.

A real camera is a very useful tool for any glass worker that wants to get serious about documenting their pieces. It ain't all about the number of megapixels. Cell phone pics on a random background just don't cut it imo.

So true! Image quality difference between a cell phone or point and shoot and a real dslr is substantial. Don't forget lighting though. A great camera with lousy lighting yields a lousy photograph.
