Mobile glassblowing studio $7000
Trailer is currently in Santa Cruz CA pm me for photos or check Facebook glass lampworkers classifieds.
FS/FT Mobile Glassblowing Studio
1998 Cargo Plus 13' double axle trailer with electric braking system
12,000 pound hauling capacity
The Interior is finished hardwood plywood, with recessed lighting fixtures throughout
Diamond plate floors, with 6" base boards
Interior 2" box cage attached to reinforced 2" box trailer frame
Interior cage holds a liquid tank on one side, and K tanks on the other side of the trailer
Propane tank mount on the front of the trailer holds two 5, or 7 gallon propane tanks outside.
Modular table (not shown) that attaches to interior cage for hauling glass lathes . I had a Litton HSJ mounted in there for a couple years. This option devides the trailer into two work zones, and allows for two people to work simultaneously inside the trailer
Two 610 CFM fans built in.
50 Amp electrical box with auto-switching relay that automatically switches the from line AC to generator when generator powers on. Multiple outlets, and switches allow for easy installation of kilns, lathes, and equipment. All wired for 110VAC
The front interior wall of the trailer has been lined with fiber-frac ceramic blanket, and covered with a sheet of aluminum so you can blast on it, and the exterior stays cool.
Craftsmen rollaway is bolted in place. I pull out the desired hight drawer, and placed my torch on it. The top of the rollaway is a great work surface. I used the remaining drawers to store glass, and tools. There's a small side table that flips up that I used to support my point kiln.
The interior is roomy and comfortable to work in. It has 6.5' feet of standing head room, and is a little over 6' feet . It is well lit, and completely private. It is very well ventilated
I bought this trailer in 1998 after being kicked out of three houses in one year for blowing glass in the garage. It took me 5 years to complete the final build. It looks allot like a horse trailer, but without any windows, so nobody can see what is happening inside unless you open it up. Once opened, the back doors become a large store front where I sold glass, while working in front of the crowd.
The trailer is clean, and ready to roll. It is permanently registered, and I have the title in my name.
I am looking for $15,000 or best offer. Will consider full or partial trades for a small lathe, your glass, & smoke shop supplies

Re: Mobile glassblowing studio $7000
Hey Mobius, I'm a little lost here, the heading says Mobile Glassblowing Studio, $7000, but the listing itself says $15,000 or best offer?
