GTT Phantom 4 Stud and beginner's tools/stuff

I just hopped on the torch for the first time a few days ago, and let's just say I'm addicted.

I'm looking to buy a 4 stud phantom, and any hand tools/beginners stuff.

If the torch is new, I'll pay new prices. If the torch is used, you get the idea. I have up to 1300 for the torch itself and shipping(Located in central NY, so locals would be nice).

I don't know what my budget for tools/supplies are because I don't know what exactly I need and what it all costs.

Damn bad luck bro,you literally just missed a 4 stud phantom yesterday for $1250.

Also just so you know,with these torches, if you order direct from gtt you're gonna be waiting like 6+ months for it so generally used torches still go for either retail or plus a couple hundred bucks.

Sounds like you need to do some more research on your tools though,or like many before you,you'll end up with all the wrong tools and throw in the towel before you even get started. Best of luck!

I know all about ordering from GTT, hence what brought me here.

And I'd assume that there are at least some tools that are "standard", such as graphite marvers and claw grabbers. I was trying to see what people had, I'm aware of what I need.

I have a phantom Gtt 4 stud used with a mirage Marving pad rigged on it with a bear bottle cap. Everything works great and the pad doesn't move. What's your offer?

Unfortunately between yesterday and now, some very unexpected expenditures came up(truck had to go to the shop). I will have money ready for a torch by next monday at the latest. I feel like crap posting this, then having to wait.

Anyways, would you be willing to "unrig" the marver pad? I like the marver under the torch.

What's the lowest you'd take shipped to NY? I don't know how much the marver usually goes for.
