Cool Foray back into forum life

    Hi Everyone,

It's been a long time since I have actively posted on the forum. I just figured I would give you all a heads up as to what I've been up to. I'm also going to do monthly benefit auctions featuring some of the new things we have developed. Keep an eye out for vendor postings as I am getting ready to make our products available to the members of the forum before they hit the streets. What we are specializing in is machine tooled precise fit clear joints and hand tooled clear and custom colored joints. We also have a standard compliment of ground joints available in American Standard Scientific sizes, 10mm 14mm and 19mm. Plus we do one piece joint adaptors too.

We will be demoing at the Arizona Project at the end of the month and then at Chalice in July.

I would be happy to answer any questions about our process, hand tooling or the forming machine.

Here is a video from our factory, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aa1XxXMgyOM

Live ground joint cam should be up by the end of this month.

    Thanks for looking,

    Adam Temkin

I dig the rotary transfer forming machine, its a lot like the Hydromat's I used to repair and build tooling for.

Bet that bad girl makes money. Very impressive.

    Thank you Aaron,

We use a proprietary combination of lubricants in our forming process and adjustable specially sized tooling to make our clear joints as clear as possible with minimum to no tooling marks. We also make them correctly sized to mate with already existing ground joints or anything grindless so that we don't have to grind and polish them which would make them more expensive and less pretty.

We also use high quality American made tubing for most of our production and we fill in with Simax or Duran as needed or as requested.
