I think you should somehow mark which are inlets and which are outlets and also which are centerfire and outer fire, just so somebody who has never used one doesn't have any trouble hooking it up. Just my 2¢

I was moving my shop so it took a while but I just got my foot pedal hooked up! Here is a photo of how I arranged my lines and a brief function video (if I can figure out how to post the video).

nice! i'm glad that someone is making a decent pedal that doesn't break the bank. one of these may have to be a b-day present to myself.

What size orifice on pedal. I like price but as I learned about and used many pedals the Snodgrass and Marcel pedals use very large orifice. I asked why and Marcel explained the effects of back pressure in line while running mirage burners and up. You would think the torch vales are small so why does it matter. But extra choke points effect back pressure that's why herbys run those big fat lines.

That's pretty big I am not talking on lines I am talking about inside the soliniod. I have never seen 16 mm orifice inside the soliniod valve for under a few hundred each. That's why I always am suspect of cheaper pedals .
If your can garrantee the orifice size inside of valve is 15 or 16 mill I am in .

The pipe size and office size are two different things. Usually to get a oriface the size of the internal diameter of hose your using cost big bucks.

Take one of your valves and when on position look inside opening on either side when open you will see a hole.

That is the oriface I am speaking of. If yours are even 12 mill I would be all over it. And you sir must have connections. Unless prices on them have changed I priced that size oriface and each valve was price of your pedal.

Have a look and let me or us know I have a friend who does not forum and wants a good one.

they are 15 mm orifice. the thread is 3/8.

i don't currently have any laying around or i'd take a picture. To be honest i never actually measured it, but assumed that the manufacturers had the label correct.
