    It's all about the heat base.
    Before, I was having the lens ripping dripping hot, and the fumed chaos gather glowing but not moving.
    These I got both gathers equally hot and smoothed them together gently, and used a metric shit ton of heat.

    This thread is alot of fun to check out.
    Here is a few lbs of prep I did yesterday for practice towards my most monumental build yet. Got plans to max out my 32 inch kiln....
    It takes a crazy amount of glass and heat when you get into pieces this big. So far it's all done on a phantom/pheonix but I think I'm gonna have to use the big gun for the larger parts I'm about to assemble.

    done deal. this next week is going to be busy as shit for me (got a few orders today that i have to get done) but as soon as that is done, i will work on ribbon cane dichro mibs for attachments.

    how many do you want? dozen? half dozen? two dozen?

    i was thinking i needed more 55mm hw tube for these vac encasements but last night i was looking in my case of 25/4 and found a whole length of 50mm simax. stokage.

    what i'd like to do is just come up with torch, minimal tools and materials. i LOVE coming up to hang and melt....hate having to box up supplies (need to get a big rolling tool tote) and the like. we do need to get together soon though. i miss y'all
