Everytime you post a boreo I get a sudden craving for some oreos.

We have been pounding packs of oreos at the shop lately.

those oreo pendants are so cool! I love the different colors you're using. Do they look cool pre-sandblast as well?

I'm doing matching carb caps as well.

Here us the fire/ice one pre-blasting/coating them. I like the way they look blasted then coated. It brings the detail out more

I sold a set of 6 to a women who owns a mansion by the river. She invited me over to see her Tiffany glass window. It was amazingly huge. It was a wealthy bankers summer house from nyc 100 years ago. It was all fancy wood paneling. With columns and capitols. A brick building overlooking the Hudson River.

We met and talked in the dinning room. It was huge. About twice the size of mine. She had a lot of art in it. It had a formal table in the middle of it.

Ok cool. I'm down to collab. I'm working on some Lazer cut oreo percs also. And putting magnets in the oreos so 1 cookie can be removed and used as carb cap.

Speaking of a colab. If we can hash out some details, we should do a through the mail colab. First guy starts main sections and does basic assembly. Then mail the " blank canvas" on to next artist. And see what we could come up with. Might be fun if handled right. Then Post pics of the progression of the piece as it grows into its final form. I'd only wanna do this with experienced artists obviously, and it can't be too huge not to fit in all the kilns of people signed up. For example I'm using a bluebird xl so bongs are out unless it can fit on its side in my XL.

Nomad, More heat & spin on those feet boss. Attach one of mbashaw's pendi's as the bridge & it's over. You'll probably start getting orders from Italy...

That's an awesome idea! The first retti I made that had air traps was 2.5 inches wide and I really could stand it straight up like the foot of a wine glass like that, so there is always that option too.

It's a set? Cap was inspired by the term "hobo nickel" & those boreo's (intended to soak in the background color, but thought it looked really nice as a raised lip, that's when it reminded me of a "Boreo")Click image for larger version.
