This tool is “versatile and portable” developed to use in any glass lathe.
The “BASIC MODEL PRICE’ is $1200.00
I mean basic model, because you have to take a consideration on the “Hydrogen torch” length and maybe the “torch tip”,
The distance “BETWEEN THE CHUCK FACE” on your lathe is given.
So the torch length and the workpiece length between the chuck face
cannot longer than this. I can change the torch length by your request.
Also if you need to crack off BIG diameter of glass ig: 300->400 mm you need a
different torch tip. I like to work with you that is best for you on your work application.
My “special” crack off machine working twice as faster
than the other on the market, but it is another story…

What a great design. Does it just chuck in and chuck out so you can go back to work after doing all your prep? The graphite blow molds look awesome, I would love to see a video demonstrating the function.

    Thanks!

    Pretty nifty.

Glass lathes are pretty manual, you dont find automatic tube feeders like you find on other production lathes so your tool will pop off parts way faster then a person can manually move the stock.
do you intend on building a stock roller/feeder unit for it? That way the lathe is not tied up doing bulk prep.
Get a lot of work done with your tool.
